Exchange Policy
At Minsara, we want you to love your purchase. If you’re not completely satisfied, you may exchange eligible items within 15 days of receiving your order, subject to the conditions below.
Exchanges
We offer exchanges within 15 days for:

- Defective or incorrectly supplied items.
- If your preferred replacement is unavailable, a refund or store credit may be offered.
Faulty or Incorrect Items
- If you receive an item that is faulty, damaged, or incorrect:
- Contact Minsara within 7 days of receiving your order.
- Provide your order number and photos of the issue.
- We will arrange a replacement, exchange, or refund if another product is not available.
Refunds
- Once your return is received and inspected:
- Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method.
- Refunds typically appear within 5–10 business days, depending on your payment provider.
- Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the item was faulty or sent incorrectly.
Return Process
Once inspected, your refund, exchange, or store credit will be processed.

Receive return instructions.
